This is a good place to begin if you are new to holistic therapy or curious about trying an individual session. It is a space to slow down, feel heard and explore what support feels right for you. Our first session is about getting to know you, your intentions, needs and what approach will best support you in future sessions.

Ongoing sessions are for clients who wish to continue working together after the initial consult. Together, we build on the foundations from our first session, working at your pace and adapting our approach as needed. These sessions allow me to explore what blockages may exist in your life as well as the practical steps you need to take in order to bring change and move forward.

  • As a holistic coach/therapist, I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical intervention, please seek support from a licensed health professional.

  • Holistic therapy focuses on your overall well-being, mind-body-soul-lifestyle. We help guide you to self-empowerment, gain clarity, and build strategies for meaningful change. Unlike traditional therapy, holistic therapy does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

  • I am currently only offering online sessions. However, in-person sessions are coming in the near future!

  • You can cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the spot to someone else.
